1 Description of the service

The Service is an AI-powered language learning application designed for users aged 13 and above. It allows users to practice interactive conversations with AI avatars.

2 Subscription plans and free trial

Subscription plans

JingoAi offers its language learning service through various subscription plans. Details of the subscription options, including the services included, pricing, and duration, are available through the app.

Free trial

Trial period

JingoAi offers a free trial period for new users. During the trial, users will have full access to the Service’s features without charge. The duration of the free trial period will be specified at the time of sign-up.

Subscription commencement

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your chosen payment method will be charged the subscription fee outlined at sign-up.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Instructions for cancellation are provided on the JingoAi website and in the app settings. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Special circumstances may apply for Germany, Israel, South Africa and Türkiye (App Store).

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may be eligible for a refund if requested, depending on your Service distributor (App Store or Play Store). All refunds are to be handled by the distributing party and governed by their return policies.

Changes to subscription fees

JingoAi reserves the right to change subscription fees, available plans, and adjust any pricing related to JingoAi’s service at any time as we deem necessary. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will take effect following email notice to you.

3 User responsibilities and conduct

User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

User interaction

You must conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly, especially in interactions with our AI avatars and other users.

Profile pictures

You may upload a profile picture. Please ensure that any content you provide, including profile pictures, adheres to our content standards.

4 Intellectual property

Trademarks

“JingoAi” is a trademark of JingoAi. Unauthorized use of this trademark is prohibited.

Content ownership

All content on the Service is the property of JingoAi or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. While you retain ownership over your profile picture, by uploading it to the Service you grant JingoAi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Service. This may include promotional uses.

Rights and licenses

You are not granted any rights or licenses to use any trademarks, service marks, graphics, or logos of JingoAi or third parties without their explicit permission.

5 General conditions

JingoAi reserves the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone at any time, for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

6 Prohibited uses

You are responsible for your use of the Service. Prohibited activities include engaging in harmful speech, violent language, racism, sexually explicit content, or any actions that could flag the Service for inappropriate use. Repeated prohibited activity may result in temporary suspension.

8 Disclaimer on AI content

While the AI avatars in the Service provide a realistic experience for language educational purposes, they are powered by algorithms and their responses may not always be accurate. JingoAi is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations from these interactions, and we encourage all our users to exercise judgment and discretion during interactions.

9 Limitation of liability

JingoAi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10 Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied.

11 Indemnification
